Directions
From the North Coast / Phinda / Sharka Land:
- Travel along the N2 south bound towards Durban
- Take exit number 182, Umhlanga / MT Edgecombe / Phoenix (North)
- At the traffic lights turn left onto the M41
- Take the second off-ramp to the left (just after going under the Millennium Bridge)
- Turn left onto Umhlanga rocks drive / M12
- Mcdonald’s should be on your left, drive straight through the first circle
- Umhlanga hospital is on your left, turn right at the second circle, still in Umhlanga Rocks Drive, going down towards the sea
- Go through 3 sets of traffic lights
- At the third set, turn right (Ridge Road)
- Travel along Ridge Road (parallel to the sea) until you see the road sign “Rydal Place”, turn left into Rydal Place
- At the bottom of Rydal Place, turn right at the T-junction into Burnham Drive
- 25 Burnham Drive is on the right hand side a short distance down the road. It is a double storey house, and has an electric gate
From the Airport:
- Travel along the N2 north bound towards Ballito

- M4 north bound towards Umhlanga, take the lighthouse road / Umhlanga Rocks Drive / M12 exit
- Turn right down Umhlanga Rocks Drive / M12, to the first set of traffic lights (Ridge Road)
- Turn right at these traffic lights
- Travel along Ridge Road (parallel to the sea) until you see the road sign “Rydal Place”
- Turn left into Rydal Place
- At the bottom of Rydal Place, turn right at the T-junction into Burnham Drive.
