General Information
Kwamahla Lodge is situated in the North West Province, past the scenic town of Brits and the Hartbeespoort Dam, between Beestekraal and Rustenburg. A mere 1 hour`s drive from Pretoria and 2 hours drive from Johannesburg International Airport and surroundings.
Its close proximity to the world renowned Sun City (30 minutes) and Pilanesberg National Park (40km) affords the guest the opportunity to experience the bush and wildlife at the Lodge whilst staying in comfortable accommodation in a malaria free area, or to slip away for a few hours and enjoy the entertainment and excitement at Sun City.
For golfing enthusiasts, five internationally and nationally preferred golf courses are within easy reach from the Lodge (Sun City, Rustenburg, and Brits). The Vaalkop and Rooikoppies dams, as well as the winding Crocodile River are in close proximity to the lodge.
Facilities
Five thatched and fully equipped two bedrooms with two bathrooms chalets nestle amongst indigenous Acacia trees. The kitchenettes are fully equipped including fridge, microwave oven, etc. Linen and towels are also provided. Every chalet has a private braai area, except chalet number 3.
Meet our six resident impala rams as they join the guests at the lodge at sunset and graze the lawns through the night. Full bar facilities with DSTV for the exclusive use of guests and conference groups. Restaurant available for a minimum of 10 guests by prior arrangement.
A swimming pool and a communal braai area at the pool will add to the enjoyment of your stay. A rustic, secluded boma, built around a 120 year old leadwood tree, with bar and catering facilities.
Other activities include mountain biking, volley ball and team building activities.
Conferences & Functions
Conference facilities with overnight facilities for 30 people are available. For one day conferences 50 people can be accommodated.
The fully air-conditioned conference venue is equipped with the most modern and sophisticated audio visual equipment (data projector, overhead projector) as well as fax and Internet facilities to enable the corporate sector to conduct hassle free meetings and conferences in a tranquil bushveld environment.
End of year functions for up to 50 people, weddings and receptions are catered for on the Lodge.

Terms and Conditions
- Accommodation will only be booked once a completed booking form and 50% deposit is received. Accommodation is only confirmed once written confirmation from Kwamahla Loge is received.
- Cancellation charges will be applied. A full refund will be granted prior to 45 days notification; thereafter the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations will only be accepted if received in writing. All outstanding fees will be collected at the lodge.
- The client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment therein, by any act or omission of the client or guests/employees of the client.
- ‘We regret’ any person misbehaving because of overindulgence of alcohol or any other narcotic substance will be asked to leave the premises immediately after settling the account in full.
- For overnight visitors the check in time is 12.00 pm and check out time 10.00 am unless a later time is agreed in writing with the lodge at the time the booking was made.
- All day or evening functions must terminate by 17h00 or 23h00 respectively unless a later time is agreed in writing with the lodge at the time the booking was made. For functions that continue after these hours, a charge of R850.00 will be levied.
- Neither Kwamahla Lodge nor any person acting on behalf of Kwamahla Lodge shall be liable in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, death or any inconvenience to any person or his/her luggage or any personal property whether caused by negligence or not.
- It is the guest responsibility, where applicable to arrange for their passports, visas, vaccinations and inoculations. Kwamahla Lodge will not accept any responsibility for medical claims.
- No excessive loud music – please respect other guests and the tranquility of nature.
- Vehicles to be parked in designated parking areas only – please do not park on the grass.
- Please inform Management if you will be arriving after 10:00 pm, the gates are locked for your security.
- Campfires are at the discretion of management, depending on the weather conditions (veld fires).
