Terms and Conditions
- All rates quoted in South African rand and are per room per night.
- Should the prevailing rate change or another tax levy be introduced during the duration of the contract, Castello di Monte reserves the right to amend the quoted rates accordingly, without prior notification
- Check in time is from 14HOO and rooms should be vacated by 11HOO on date of departure.
- Early arrivals, late departures and day use rooms should be confirmed prior to check-in, are subject to availability and may carry a surcharge. The rate will be negotiated on the day.
- Castello Di Monte does not accept children under the age of 12 unless exclusive use of the entire Villa is booked. All children will stay in their own room. 3rd adult sharing a room is not allowed.
- In order to guarantee the reservation, the following must be provided:
a) Details of one of the following recognized credit cards: American Express, Diners, Master or Visa.
b) The travel agent voucher or company order faxed and original presented upon arrival.
c) Deposit as follows: One full night’s deposit or 50% of total stay whichever is the greater amount must be paid within seven (7) days prior to arrival date. Should the deposit not be received as requested, Castello Di Monte reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking without any written or verbal notice. Final confirmation is only made on receipt of the abovementioned payment.
- The hotel has the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations at 18HOO on the day of arrival if a travel agent voucher/ company order/ credit card authorization/ pre-payment has not been received
- A no-show fee of one night’s accommodation, and a dinner fee of R220.00 per person (if indicated as required) will be charged for no shows and guaranteed reservations that are not cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to arrival date.
- Amendments to a reservation involving a change to the arrival or departure dates are considered to be cancellations.
- Cheques are not accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
- Airport transfers are available at R200.00 per person for a maximum of 6 passengers. Subject to change without prior notice

Directions
Once on the N1 you need to take the Rigel off ramp. When in Rigel Avenue follow the road (as shown below). Turn right into Aries Street, follow the road, we are number 402 on your left hand side.
