From East London
Take the N2 out of East London to Umtata, in approximately 40 km, you will see a sign saying Morgan Bay / Kei Mouth, turn right onto the new tar road soon to be completed which is approximately 40 km and follow signs until Morgan Bay turnoff to the right.
