General Information
Theftero Spiti is a spacious, 4 Star Graded, AA superior rated house ideally situated off the 10th fairway with a magnificent golf course and ocean view. It is equally suited for a family holiday, golf getaway, client entertainment and company meeting/strategy session venue.

Accommodation
It includes a double volume entrance, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (all en-suite) with private balconies, 5 bathrooms, games room/bedroom, 4 garages, entertainment areas, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, landscaped gardens and 2 golf carts. The furniture and finishes are of the highest quality.
The house is fully serviced and the large kitchen includes all the appliances you expect in a superior home – dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and ice maker.
Three of the bedrooms have sea views as well as golf course (18th fairway) views while the fourth boasts a spectacular view of the clubhouse. All bedrooms are equipped with television.
The main entertainment area of the house is spacious and features a pool table, home theatre system and DSTV (PVR). The entertainment area opens onto the pool deck. The property is in walking distance from the clubhouse (approx 200m) and other public amenities (tennis & squash courts etc).

Rates
In Season
The rates range from R3750.00 per night.
Out of Season
The rates range from R2500.00 per night.
Golf Cart Use
Subject to R1000.00 refundable deposit per cart.
Terms and Conditions
Deposit
One night’s accommodation is required as a damages deposit and R1000.00 damages deposit per golf cart. The deposit will be refunded into your bank account should there be no damages. If the damage exceeds the deposit you will be requested to make immediate payment for the damages.
Payment
A 50% deposit of the accommodation is to be deposited into our bank account on confirmation and the balance is to be deposited two days before arrival.
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be given two weeks in advance in writing. Deposits will then be refunded less a cancellation fee of R1000.00. Cancellations at short notice will result in full deposit being forfeited should we not be able to rent out the house in question.
Servants
We do not have facilities for you to bring your own maid, however the property is serviced.
Cleanliness
Guests are expected to keep the area clean and dispose of refuse in bins. Washing is not to be hung over balconies but on the wash line.

Directions
- Take N2 Toll road North from Durban
- Pass Tongaat Toll & Umvoti Toll
- Take Stanger/Blythedale off-ramp (Exit 233)
- At the stop sign turn left
- Continue to the first traffic light, then turn right
- After a 2 kilometre drive, turn right into the road marked ‘Princes Grant’
- A 4 kilometre drive will bring you to the entrance of the estate
- Once inside the estate, continue straight along Babu Bodasing drive for approx 1 kilometre
- Turn right into Ginger Beer Road
- No 161 is the first house on the right (approx 200m)
