This newly build-upmarket and luxurious 3 bedroom apartment is located in Beach Road Strand (security complex). Cross the street and you are on a long stretch of beach. From the balcony you can enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and sunsets over False Bay with majestic Table Mountain as your back drop.

Cape Sands C2 apartment is equipped with DSTV, safe, under floor heating, heated towel rails, heaters and hair dryer. We supply linen and bath towels to guests. Own beach towels required. Secure under roof parking is supplied. Enjoy the communal pool, braai area, sauna, steam room and gym on the premises.Cleaning services can be arranged at additional cost with Mrs Barnard.

Three rooms each with thier own balcony from where one can enjoy breathtaking views of Hottentots and Helderberg mountain range. Well equipped open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area which offers quality finishes.
