Welcome to Buttermere #4! Our guesthouse is situated within a secure village in quiet surroundings. We are just 12km from OR Tambo International Airport and Emperor`s Palace Casino and diagonally opposite the Greenstone Shopping Mall where all general amenities are available to you including movies, shopping, restaurants, banking and games arcade.
Major freeways are just 4km away. We are really very well situated, almost on the Modderfontein Golf Course. Our establishment is modern, spacious and comfortable and we are pleased to offer a bed and breakfast service. You will find our tariff very reasonable. We look forward to being of service to you! (Our alternative Bed and Breakfast establishment is ‘Bed of Roses’ situated in Edleen Ext 1, Kempton Park.)

Directions
On the N3 from Pretoria, take the Edenvale/Kempton Park off ramp. Petrol station and Wimpy on your left as you approach the traffic circle. Go around the traffic circle taking the third exit, Edenvale.
(Traffic light straight ahead will take you to Edenvale. Greentstone Shopping Mall is across the robots and on your left hand side.) Just before the robot take the slip road to the left onto the P91/R25 toward Kempton Park. Straight through first traffic light (Mercedes on left), then immediately after the robot take the first exit left (Modderfontein/Thornhill.)
Follow this for about 500mteres (keeping to the left at the fork), to the traffic circle. Turn left at traffic circle. You will see a security boom in front of you. This is Lakeside Village. Once through the boom, take the first road right, first road right again, and first road right again into Butteremere Street no 4 is on your left about 3 houses down. Only about 1km off the N3. Easy and close.
From OT Airport Johannesburg
As you exit the airport, follow R24 Pretoria/Kempton Park. Take the first exit, Kempton park. At traffic light turn left and follow the S-Bend in the road. Checkers on the left. At first traffic lights keep going straight – keep to the right fork in the road. You are on Voortrekker Road. Turn right into Monument ST at KFC.
AT third traffic lights turn left into CR Swart Drive. After 6th lights (Kempton Gate /Pick ‘n Pay on right) you will go under a bridge. Immediately after this take the exit to your Left onto the P91/R25. At 2nd traffic lights turn right into Centenary Road at Sasol Polymer. Straight through first traffic circle and stop street, across small bridge. At traffic circle you will see the Lakeside Village security gate on your right. Once through the gates, take the first three roads to the right into Buttermere ST.
