General Information
This magnificent double storey villa overlooks the 18th tee of the Pezula Golf Course and has sweeping views of fairways and indigenous Knysna forest. Sleeping 8 people in total, accommodation is in four twin-bedded rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and exterior doors opening out onto a patio or the pool deck. The use of glass in the architecture allows for sunlight to radiate into the rooms.
The double-story design offers guests three recreational areas. Upstairs is the open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. If you want to get away from it all you can retreat to the downstairs lounge and games room (pool table included) with DSTV, dual-vision decoder and DVD/CD combo’s.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Outdoors the barbeque/braai area and dining facilities are located around the swimming pool and tanning deck – a superb place to be whilst watching the moon rise over the Knysna forest or spotting game on the greens. Alternatively in winter there is a huge indoor fireplace with plenty of wood supplies.
A cleaning service is included and a manageress is on call 24 hours a day. Continental breakfasts can be arranged as well as other catering. Other services provided are restaurant bookings, tours, transfers, car hire and general tourism advice.
Activities in the area (only 2 minutes drive) include golf at reduced prices, tennis courts, children’s play area, hiking trails and bird watching, or enjoy a drink or dine out at the Pezula Hotel and Spa. The town of Knysna is only a 5 minute drive away and to the nearest beach, about 10 minutes.

Terms and Conditions
Group bookings
The person making the booking is responsible for payment. No third party payments will be accepted. Rates are calculated and quoted on a per person basis. Should more than the confirmed amount of guests occupy a villa without Pride of Places being notified, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of additional guests from the breakage and security deposit.
We regret that pets are strictly not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired. As we are entrusting our client’s houses/apartments to you, we will regrettably only be able to hand over the key after the prospective tenant has paid all monies due and signed all relevant documentation.
Management reserves the right to terminate any booking should the tenant behave in a manner, which, in management’s sole and absolute discretion, is unacceptable or offensive.
The refundable breakage and security deposit shall be used to offset any losses / damages sustained. A cleaning surcharge of up to R500.00 shall be deducted from the refundable breakage and security deposit should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check out happens later than the specified time.
Arrival time is from 2pm onwards, and guests are required to check out before 11am.

Directions
- Take the N2 into the centre of Knysna
- Turn right into George Rex Drive (the road to the Knysna Heads)
- Pass the Knysna golf course and turn left into Wilson Street
- At the circle turn right into Duthie Drive to follow the signs to Pezula
- As you reach the top of the hill take the first road to the right into Fairlead Way
- If you get to the Pezula Hotel on your right You Have Gone Too Far!
- Here you will find the Sparrebosch Control Centre, where you will be required to sign in and they will give you a parcel with your name on (ie. your keys to the house) and further directions.
